Maybe the Steelwingers have a bunch of them as well... Dunno. I just have one myself for my "collection", but it was included with an issue of Sweden Rock Magazine for all subscribers so there should still be a lot of swedes out there who don't give a shit about Steelwing but have this EP. |

I hoped for a more positive reply, but, hell, seems it's neither in the band's nor in our hands. So all we can do is pray that it will show up on ebay or in a record store. I guess it's not too likely that there will be a rerelease?

Got the Roadkill EP... No time for posting here. I need to sing along! edit: Now I got some time. murder1, your collection is really impressive! Are you a press guy, or why do you have all those awesome promo stuff? An idea on how I could get some of those? Also, your vinyls are great! I don't know if I should make two topics... Maybe one for those, who just want to know about the basic Steelwing records, that are available for most people. And one for the collectors, featuring all the promo stuff and different editions. What do you others say? |

First thanks for all your kind comments ! i'll try to answer all questions... - i'm not a press member, but a long time collector, so i always seek releases from bands i like. - Colored vinyl are (i guess) sold out, but they can be found on ebay, where they are some times listed : www.ebay.de/sch/i.html?_nkw=steelwing+vinyl&_sacat=0&_odkw=manowar&_sop=10&_osacat=0&_dmd=1- As there's not to much releases, i guess it's cool to keep all in same topic |

Two questions:
Is this "Lord of the Wasteland Promo CD single" the 2009 demo?
Is there a ZoA Edition, that's not digipack and/or without the 2 bonus tracks? (...and I'm not talking about Promo, but real releases.)

No, the 2009 demo is not a physical release, it's just the demo recordings of Headhunter and The Illusion that we recorded (back when we were called Scavenger) and released on MySpace and sent as CD-R:s to magazines, etc. I think the general opinion of us in the band is that these demo recordings were better than the versions that ended up on the album The promo single above (w/ Roadkill and The Illusion) was pressed by NoiseArt to promote the LOTW release. Is there a ZoA Edition, that's not digipack and/or without the 2 bonus tracks? (...and I'm not talking about Promo, but real releases.) As far as I know this has not been released, I guess it might be when the digipaks are sold out. |
