Same story short, saw Steelwing in Osnabrück before Van Canto and Blind Guardian.
Steelwing (had never heard of them before) were excellent and really fired the mood up. At first i thought: "Hellyeah, back are the 80s !" But from the point where Riley claimed "We came here to play you some f***ing metal !" There was party.
Great concert.

Greetings Marauders!
I'm Italian but i saw Steelwing the first time at Metalcamp 2010, in Tolmin (Slovenia). It was love at first note.
In three years I saw them three times, always at the same festival.
I hope to see Steelwing in Italy in future.
I own all CDs, and a special disc with the intro of their live at Metalcamp 2012, that Alex and Nic given me after the show ( I love those guys).
My favourite songs are Nightwatcher and Roadkill.

From Sweden myself and am mostly into speedy, not-so-much symphonic heavy/power metal (only some forms of extreme metal) NWOTHM and of course "classics".
Found the 'wingers on a forum discussing new wave of traditional heavy metal. Instant favourites.
Have yet to see them play live thus far (unfortunately) but am hoping for a gig in Sweden sometime soon, fingers crossed.
So far I only got ZoA but will be going on a spree come next album/more merch in general.
It's truly impossible to name only one favourite song. Here goes in no particular order...
Roadkill, The Illusion, Full Speed Ahead, Lunacy Rising, Hit Em Hard
